Rooted Together Companion Care, LLC was created from lived experience, compassion, and the belief that healing requires more than medical care alone.

Long before supporting loved ones through complex medical journeys, founder Tyrenthia Norman was navigating her own personal healthcare challenges while advocating for herself through years of living with Ménière's disease. Through countless appointments, specialists, testing, and unanswered questions, she experienced firsthand how overwhelming, isolating, and emotionally exhausting the healthcare process can become for patients.

Those experiences created a deep understanding of the importance of advocacy, emotional support, clear communication, and simply having someone present during vulnerable moments.

That understanding deepened even further while accompanying loved ones through neurological care, medical appointments, procedures, and recovery. Witnessing both the patient and caregiver side of healthcare revealed how many individuals leave appointments feeling uncertain, unsupported, or overwhelmed by the responsibility of managing care on their own.

Rooted Together Companion Care was created to help bridge the gap between clinical care and everyday support by providing compassionate, non-medical companion services that help clients feel informed, comforted, supported, and empowered throughout their healthcare journey.

Whether accompanying clients to appointments, helping them better understand care plans, or simply providing dependable support during recovery, the mission of Rooted Together Companion Care is centered on compassion, dignity, advocacy, and human connection.
